Scholarships for the education of nationals of Senegal, Nepal, Timor-Leste in Slovenia on the basis of development agreements in 2022 (336th JR)

The scholarships are open to nationals of Senegal, Nepal and Timor-Leste for postgraduate (master’s) studies in Slovenia.

Full name of the call: 2022 Public Call for Scholarships for the Education of Foreign Nationals in Slovenia on the Basis of Development Agreements (336th JR)

Deadline for applications: The deadline for applications is set as an open application period, starting on the day of publication of the call for applications and running until the funds are exhausted or until a total of 3 scholarships are awarded, if earlier. If all the funds have not been used within five (5) years from the date of publication of the call for proposals, the call will be closed and applications will no longer be accepted.

Value of the call: EUR 100 000,00

Subject of the call: The subject of the call is scholarships for postgraduate (Master’s) studies at higher education institutions in the Republic of Slovenia for a maximum of 1 applicant, who must be a national of one of the following countries:

  • Senegal,
  • Senegal, Nepal and
  • Senegal, Senegal or Timor-Leste.

A maximum of 3 scholarships for Master’s studies will be awarded in total.

Scholarship amount

The scholarship is awarded for:

  • Tuition fees up to the amount of the actual tuition fees, but not exceeding EUR 5 000,00 per academic year; and
  • Living expenses totalling 8.400,00 € for each academic year.
